Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo

I love the world in this series. She does such a great job! This is the final book in the grisha trilogy and I have really enjoyed this so far.
So far I'm on chapter 6.
---

The Book and series as a whole was really good. I look forward to reading the next set by her and also anything new that comes out.  On the side note here I did read a novella through my library that waa a back somtory on the darkling. It was interesting (Demon in the woods).

It's been a minute since I had read this so I will have to update it another time.

The First City by Joe Hart *contains spoilers *

So in these first few chapters it turns out that zoey has a baby in the place she escaped from and they are using it to coax her to come back.
Eli has died from a gunshot wound after he tells zoey the story of him and his wife. Which was also sad. And at this point zoey seems to have taken off with nothing but a small note. When they launched that missile to land on the facility and the helicopter didn't get out of the way in time, that was intense..
~~
To find out that the baby is really hers and Lee's  and that the female leader of the NOA is Zoeys mom.. I couldnt believe it. And then there was a second baby... they all made it out because of the guy that I think was her mom's lover..

As a whole trilogy I liked it
Thanks for reading

An Ember in the Ashes by Sabaa Tahir

I'm just about to finish this book up and it's been so intense.
The trials, the characters and the world building. I will need a break before book two and read something fluffy but at this point i would have to say I'm going to give it a 5/5 star rating. Granted I have 40 pages or so left but it's been really good.
More of an update later
